Ingredients for the cake
565 Gr Of Self-rising Flour.
600 grams of sugar.
75 Gr Of Cocoa Powder.
3 teaspoons of baking soda.
3 teaspoons of vinegar.
3 teaspoons of baking powder.
2 teaspoons of salt.
3 teaspoons of vanilla.
3 Whole Eggs.
3 cups of warm water (660 ml).
195 Gr Of Vegetable Or Soybean Oil (3/4 Cup).
Step 1: Sift all the solid ingredients, flour, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda, salt and cocoa powder.
Step 2: In the warm water place the vinegar and vanilla.
Step 3: We place the sugar and the already sifted ingredients in the mixer bowl, add the warm water and begin to beat at low speed, add the 3 slightly beaten eggs, then the oil in the form of a thread little by little.
Step 4: If desired, to obtain a darker color of the preparation, we can place a little caramel.
Step 5: We will obtain a liquid mixture that we are going to divide into 2 equal parts in 2 greased and floured 26 cm molds.
Step 6: Bake in a preheated oven at 180º for 35 to 40 minutes or until the cake is ready.
