Ingredients to make No-Knead Pizza Dough:
FOR THE HOMEMADE DOUGH:
470 g common wheat flour
5 g dry baker’s yeast
15g extra virgin olive oil
TOPPINGS TO TASTE for homemade pizza:
homemade tomato sauce
mozzarella cheese (grated and fresh)
pepperoni slices (optional)
optional: coarse or flake salt
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
flour for dusting
olive oil to spread the tray

How to prepare homemade pizza dough:
To make the pizza dough we simply put all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix with a spatula or spoon until no more flour particles are visible. Even if it looks lumpy and looks like it hasn’t taken shape, the dough is ready. Very easy and fast.
Cover the container and let it rest for at least an hour. Ideally, leave it in the oven off.
After this time, we pour it out on the well-floured table. It is a highly hydrating dough, with a very soft, sticky, extensible texture and a shiny appearance. It is very important to flour it very well above and below, but do not fold it over itself and do not knead it, because we do not want it to absorb more flour. Once we have it floured it is very easy to spread it with our hands and shape it. We can make two small pizzas (individuals) or one larger one (for 2 or 3 people).
We put a good jet of olive oil in the tray and optionally sprinkle a little wheat semolina.
We place the pizza dough on the tray and fold the edges inwards as I show you in the video. Let stand 30 minutes.
We put the oven to heat to 230ºC (446ºF) (for at least 15 minutes) and while it heats we put the tomato sauce, the cheese and the ingredients to taste.
Lower the oven to 220ºC (428°F) and bake for 10 minutes.
