100 grams of Mirasol Margarine
200 grams of sugar
Juice and zest 1 orange
1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
240 grams of wheat flour
100 grams grated coconut
1 teaspoon baking powder
How to prepare 📝
Beat the Mirasol ointment margarine with the sugar until creamy, add the egg, mix, then the vanilla essence, the orange zest and juice.
Add the sifted dried ones and the coconut.
Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least two hours.
Stretch the dough to 5 mm. thick, use the cutter you like the most and place on a greased plate.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes
