3 medium potatoes

Peel and wash 3 medium potatoes. Then grate them on a coarse grater. When we have them ready, we place them in a bowl and add 1 tablespoon of flour. We mix everything well.
Put a frying pan over medium low heat and brush it with a little oil. We put the potato mixture and stretch it over the entire surface as if it were an omelette. Put the lid on and cook for 4 minutes. After this time we turn it over with the help of a plate and put it on the other side. Put the lid back on and let it cook another 4 minutes. After this time, we remove the lid and mark in half without cutting completely. On one side we put cheese and fold the other half on top. Close the edges with a fork. Turn up the heat and brown for a minute on each side.
