Chicken, ham and cheese tart. A delight!
400 g chicken breast
1/2 pot cream
200 gr cooked ham
50 gr roquefort
200 gr Mediterranean string cheese (or the one you like best)
1 seed cake dough (or regular, whichever you like best)
In a frying pan Sauté the diced onion with a little butter, add the diced chicken and the cream.
In a bowl, put the diced ham, the cut roquefort and almost all the shredded cheese (reserve a little to sprinkle later).
Add the chicken to the preparation once it is cooked and mix
Put the dough in a pan and overturn the preparation. Top throw a raw beaten egg with a jet of cream. take to the oven
After 10 min in the oven, sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese and cook until ready (about 20/30 min more approx)
