180g Philadelphia® Cream Cheese
1 can of evaporated milk
1 can of condensed milk
5 eggs at room temperature
2 tsp. vanilla


1 box of chocolate cake flour of your choice

enough flour

BLEND the flan ingredients.

PREPARE chocolate cake mix of your choice according to box directions.

GREASE and FLOUR a 24 cm aluminum mold.

POUR cake mixture halfway up pan, then pour flan mixture down center.

BAKE at 180°C in a preheated oven for 50 min. in a bain-marie.

INSERT a toothpick to check that it is fully cooked, it will be firm.

REMOVE from oven and let cool completely. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. before serving.
