Ingredients 📝
1 can of condensed milk
1 can of evaporated milk
100 g grated coconut
6 eggs
1 spoon of vanilla
Caramel sauce
How to prepare 📝
In a blender, mix the milk together with the coconut, eggs and vanilla.
Cover the bottom of the baking pan with the dulce de leche and distribute perfectly.
Pour the flan mixture and cover with aluminum pressing the edges to close well.
Place the mold in a bain-marie, the water should cover 3/4 parts of the mold.
Bake at 180° C for 1 hour or until the flan is firm.
Let cool completely before unmolding and sprinkle with coconut.
