INGREDIENTS:
4 packages of cookies
3/4 kilo of manjar, dulce de leche or arequipe (more or less about 3 cups)
1/2 cup of milk
Grated coconut to decorate
PREPARATION
As the cake is being assembled, all the cookies are passed one by one through the milk, it is not about soaking them, it is simply a light pass.
It is putting a layer of cookies, then a delicacy and so on.
If a biscuit is broken there they settle, in the end everything is covered by the delicacy.
It must be left in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
