easy chocolate and truffle tart
200 grams f flour.
A sachet of yeast.
175 grams of cocoa powder.

140 grams of brown sugar.
150 milliliters of milk (just over half a glass of milk).
4 medium eggs.
How to make easy chocolate and truffle cake
We start by taking a bowl and pouring the butter together with the brown sugar. We beat everything with the help of a hand or electric rod.
Break the eggs and carefully separate the whites from the yolks. Reserve the whites and put the yolks in the same container where we have the butter and sugar. We remove.
When the paste is homogeneous, we pour the milk and continue beating so that the ingredients are integrated.
It is necessary to sift the cocoa powder before adding it to the rest of the ingredients. For this you can use a strainer or a fine mesh sieve.
Once this operation is done, we do the same with the flour to avoid lumps. Mix with the rod until the dough is incorporated.
We put the oven to preheat to 170 degrees.
We take the egg whites that we had reserved and mount them until stiff.
We add the egg whites to the bowl with the rest of the ingredients and very carefully we link it with soft and enveloping movements, so that they retain as much air as they can. A wooden spatula is usually used, although a large spoon will also work.
We spread the mold of our Easy Chocolate and Truffle Tart with butter and sprinkle flour so that the dough does not stick to the surface.
Pour the dough into the mold and put it in the oven at 170 degrees for approximately 40 minutes. When there is little time left we can take a toothpick and prick the dough. If no remains come off, it is ready.
Transfer the cake to a wire rack to cool and then unmold it.
Now it’s time to prepare the filling. Put the chocolate truffle in a pastry bag, cut the cake in half and fill it. Save part to be able to decorate the outside with a nice drawing or the name of the person who is celebrating her birthday.
Our easy chocolate and truffle cake is ready. To eat!
