1 can of condensed milk
The same measure of oil
The same measure of hot water
4 eggs
1 tablespoon (dessert) of salt
60 g organic yeast (or 3 tablespoons dry granulated yeast)
1 kg of wheat flour
How to prepare 📝
Blend all ingredients except flour in blender for 3 minutes and set aside. Put the sifted wheat in a bowl and gradually add the mixture from the blender.
Mix well and when weighing, blow through your hands until it comes loose from the bowl and your hand. Take it to rest (an average hour) until the dough rises well and is fluffy.
Make balls and put them in a form greased with oil. Preheat the oven to 200º C for 5 minutes with the gold on.
After preheating, place the baking tray in the oven for 15 minutes.
