1.2 kg of fraldinha;
oil to taste;
Salt coarse to taste;
Thyme dehydrated to taste;
Alho poró dehydrated to taste;
5 sweet potatoes peeled and cut;
Fine salt to taste;
300 ml of water.
Firstly, in an assadeira place a piece of meat and temper to taste with oil, gross salt, thyme and alho poro, mix everything very well and reserve.
Then, in a pan, place the peeled and cut sweet potatoes, then tempered with oil, fine salt, thyme and alho poró, misture and let the flavor stick for about 15 minutes.
Finally, place the sweet potatoes on top of the meat and add to the roast in 300 ml of water, then gently in the oven pre-heated at 200 degrees for 1 hour or until browned, serve immediately.
