fraldinha assada with sweet potato


1.2 kg of fraldinha;

oil to taste;

Salt coarse to taste;

Thyme dehydrated to taste;

Alho porĂ³ dehydrated to taste;

5 sweet potatoes peeled and cut;

Fine salt to taste;

300 ml of water.

Preparation mode

Firstly, in an assadeira place a piece of meat and temper to taste with oil, gross salt, thyme and alho poro, mix everything very well and reserve.

Then, in a pan, place the peeled and cut sweet potatoes, then tempered with oil, fine salt, thyme and alho porĂ³, misture and let the flavor stick for about 15 minutes.

Finally, place the sweet potatoes on top of the meat and add to the roast in 300 ml of water, then gently in the oven pre-heated at 200 degrees for 1 hour or until browned, serve immediately.
