Golden Oreo Cake:

2 1/4 cups all-reason flour

2 1/four tsp baking powder

3/four tsp salt

three/4 cup unsalted butter room temperature

1 1/2 of cup granulated sugar

3 huge eggs room temperature

1 1/2 tsp clean vanilla extract

1 cup milk room temperature

1 cup chopped Golden Oreos 10 ordinary cookies, 116g


Golden Oreo Cake:

Preheat oven to 350F. Grease and flour 3 6″ cake rounds and line with parchment.

In a medium bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt until well mixed. Set apart.

the use of a stand mixer geared up with a paddle attachment, cream the butter and sugar on med-excessive till light and fluffy (approximately 3mins). reduce pace and add eggs separately absolutely incorporating after each addition. add vanilla. 

exchange including flour mixture and milk, starting and finishing with flour (three additions of flour and a couple of of milk). without a doubt incorporating after each addition. lightly fold in chopped Oreos.

Pour batter into organized pans and bake for about 30 mins or till a toothpick inserted into the center comes out specifically clean.

location desserts on cord rack to chill for 10mins then flip out onto twine rack.
