A quarter cup of finely ground oatmeal.
A cup of wheat flour or white flour.
A cup of natural yogurt.
An egg at room temperature.
A pinch of vanilla.

Preparation method
We bring a bowl and mix the dry ingredients, put a quarter cup of ground oatmeal with a cup of wheat flour with the addition of a small pinch of vanilla and mix well.
We add the liquid materials, a cup of natural yogurt and a beaten egg with the addition of two teaspoons of oil and mix the ingredients until we have a dough.
Spread the dough between two sheets of butter with a rolling pin and cut into medium sized round shapes.
Arrange on a tray lined with parchment paper and bake at a temperature of 180 on the middle shelf for 20 Precise.
