HIBACHI COOKING OIL

1 tablespoon sesame seed oil

2 ½ tablespoon olive oil (greater virgin)

¼ cup Wine for cooking rice

2 tablespoon soy sauce

HIBACHI STEAK

1 teaspoon Hibachi cooking oil (see above)

16 ouncesthe big apple Strip Steak or Sirloin (reduce into 1-inch chew size cubes)

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 pinch salt pepper (greater or less to taste)

HIBACHI SHRIMP

1 teaspoon Hibachi cooking oil (see above)

24 ozShrimp (big, peeled and deveined)

1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)

1 tablespoon lemon juice

pinch of salt (greater or much less, to taste)

a way to MAKE HIBACHI STEAK
