HOMEMADE CREPES.

Ingredients:
1 cup of milk
1 cup of flour
1 egg
1 spoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of oil
Salt
Preparation:
Put in a deep bowl, milk, egg, vanilla splash, tablespoon of sugar and mix well.
Sift flour and a pinch of salt and pour into the previous mixture until the lumps disappear.
allow the mixture rest for 15 to half-hour.
Heat a pan and add butter, pour a little of the mixture and form the crepe. Allow to cook on both sides.
Repeat the procedure until all the crepes have been prepared.
Fill with dulce de leche, hazelnut cream, jelly, cream, etc.
