ORANGE CAKE 😋

Ingredients:

2 eggs
200 g of sugar (1 cup)
185 ml of oil (3/4 cup)
200 ml of orange juice
1 tbsp orange zest
250 g of common wheat flour (2 cups)
13 g of baking powder (1 tbsp)

Preparation:

Step 1
In a bowl place the eggs, sugar and beat for 2 minutes. Add the orange juice and orange zest, then beat for 1 more minute.
Step 2
Place the wheat flour little by little, add the baking powder and mix well.
Step 3
Pour into a greased and floured #20 mold. Preheated oven at 180 °C for 40 minutes.
Step 4
In a container place the orange juice and sugar. Mix and then microwave for 1 minute.
step 5
Pour the syrup to the cold cake.

Let cool and serve.
