PASTRY CREAM WITH CARAMEL 😋

Ingredients:

1/2 liter milk
100g sugar
3 tablespoons Cornstarch
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
For the caramel:
150g sugar
w/ water

Preparation:

Step 1
First I put the egg in the measuring cup together with the sugar, I beat well with the spoon, then I put milk a little, I mixed again I put cornflour, I beat slowly without leaving lumps.
Step 2
I beat and put vanilla essence, I mixed again right away I put it in the pot along with more milk
Step 3
I was stirring non-stop on low heat for almost 35 minutes
Step 4
I kept stirring almost last, until it was very thick and dry not so liquid
step 5
Then it became thick, I kept stirring for a few more minutes, I was ready
step 6
Immediately it was ready I let it cool down, it took almost 1 hour I left it cold I put it in a glass dish and on top I put caramel I put it in the fridge it was very cold
