 4 whole chicken thighs

2 medium potatoes

3 carrots

1 onion

4 cloves of garlic

1 green bell pepper

1/2 red bell pepper

dried thyme

salt and pepper

Put the potatoes cut into 1cm thick slices, the carrot into pieces a couple of cm thick, the onion into strips, the minced garlic cloves and the green and red pepper also cut into strips. Although you can add the chopped vegetables, if you prefer. Season

On top, place the chicken thighs. We bathe them with a glass of water and season with salt and pepper. Then we add a small splash of oil to each thigh and sprinkle with dried thyme.

We put in the oven previously heated to 200ΒΊC, heat up and down. Let cook for about 25 minutes

After the time, remove the chicken from the oven and turn it over. Season again, add a little more thyme and add again until it is cooked and well browned. Another 25 minutes or so
