• 4 unpeeled salmon fillets

• 2 chopped alcohol teeth

• 2 colheres of raspas de orange chá

• 1/2 xícara of fresh orange suco

• 1 colher of fresh lime suco soup

• 1 and 1/2 colher of honey soup

• 2 colheres of oil soup

• 1 colher of chopped fresh salsinha soup

• Salt and pepper-do-kingdom to taste

Preparation mode

Season both sides of the salmon with salt and pepper to taste. Aqueça or oil in a non-stick refrigerator. Add or fry salmon and brown on two sides (about 3 minutes on each side). Transfer the salmon to a plate and reserve. Add the oil, or something and the sauce to the fridge and braise, then add the orange peel, orange juice, or lime juice and honey. Tempere or grind with salt and pepper to taste and allow to simmer for 1 minute, mixing always. Return the salmon to panela, place or grind on the salmon and serve
