Ingredients 📝

* 1/2 cup of vegetable oil. 120ml

* 1/2 cup of milk. 120ml

* 1 cup of sugar. 200 grams.

* Vanilla essence to taste.

* 2 eggs.

* ½ tsp baking soda

* 2 cups of leavening flour (sifted) (250 grams)

* A pinch of salt

How to prepare 📝

Place the milk, eggs, sugar, salt, essence and oil in the blender glass, blend for 3 to 5 minutes, then transfer the mixture to a bowl and add the flour that must be sifted together with the baking soda, and it is beaten with a balloon whisk in an enveloping way, it should not be beaten too much so as not to activate the gluten.

It is placed in the molds and you fill only 3/4 part and bake at medium temperature until you see them golden.

I use the same temperature with which I make the cakes in the preheated oven, it takes 20 to 25 minutes to be ready.
