◾️500 grams of all purpose flour
◾️300 grams of water – you might need more flour .. the dough should be little sticky
◾️4 grams of brewer’s yeast – you can use active dry yeast if you cant find brewers yeast.
◾️1 tablespoon of honey
◾️10 grams of salt

◾️Dissolve the yeast in the water with the honey.
◾️Add the mixture to the flour and start mixing.
◾️Then add the salt and form a soft and homogeneous dough.
◾️Let the dough rise for 12 hours in the fridge.
◾️Then divide it into equal pieces.
◾️Form the rolls and leave to rest for 1 hour.
◾️Make a side cut on each sandwich and sprinkle some flour.
◾️Bake at 230°c for 10 minutes with a saucepan of water.
◾️Then remove the saucepan and cook until golden brown.
