Lemon Herb Baked Chicken Breast




4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
The chicken breasts should be put on a baking dish .In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the mixture over the chicken breasts, making sure they are evenly coated.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the chicken is well cooked and the middle is no longer pink.
Before serving, let the chicken a few minutes to rest.
